This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Integrated Formal Methods, IFM 2005, held in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in November/December 2005. The 19 revised full papers presented together with 3 invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 40 submissions.
