Je veux encore ici, mais dans une matiere plus serieuse, tacher de rendre a chacun ce qui lui appartient, et surtout de lui enlever ce qui ne lui appartient pas; car, je le prevois d'avance, j'aurai plutot a depouiller le mensonge qu'a enrichir la verite. Heureusement celle-ci trouve surtout son compte dans chaque erreur que l'on detruit. Elle gagne tout ce que l'autre perd.
