Tout ce que l'auteur peut dire est que le contenu de ce livre démontre que le mécanisme principal de la défense immunitaire reste hermétique. Des éléments de réponses renfermés dans cet ouvrage non dévoilé présente certaines des caractéristiques principales de ce processus. L'utilité d'évaluer ce type nouveau de recherche concernant ce domaine insoupçonné du système immunitaire en ressort clairement. Les recherches envisagées par ce modèle théorique participent à la progression générale des connaissances encore lacunaires en Immunologie. En l'état actuel de la connaissance, on peut noter qu'aucune étude antérieure n'a abordé ce champ d'investigation ; par conséquent, les données expérimentales évaluatives sont inexistantes.
