Let's Talk is a three-level speaking and listening series that takes students from a high-beginning to a high-intermediate level. This speaking and listening course in American English is designed to develop oral communication skills and increase fluency. A variety of interesting and innovative topics encourage students to express their feelings, ideas, and opinions. In level 1, students discuss a variety of topics such as hobbies, money and shopping, food and health, and foreign customs. The Student's Book contains 16 four-page thematic units divided into two-page lessons. This level provides between 40 and 60 hours of class instruction. A special Self-study section, including an Audio CD packaged with the book, assists students who want additional practice.

Let's Talk 2, Second Edition, is for students at the intermediate level. Features of the Student's Book include more systematic presentation and recycling of structures and vocabulary, an increased focus on communication activities, and new Expansion review sections after every four units. The expanded self-study section now includes grammar, listening, and vocabulary practice, offering students additional opportunities to review and consolidate the material. The grammar paradigms and listening text are included on the Self-Study Audio CD packaged with the Student's Book.
