The 2023 Men's Hockey World Cup was not limited to the stadiums in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela where all the matches were played. Our wrap-up of Art and Culture for this edition is about the Sangam Dance Festival, which has now completed 17 years. The brains behind the event, noted Odissi danseuse Ileana Citaristi explains the theme for this year – ‘suta’, which means thread in Odia.
