Grandpa, Tell Me a Story is a collection of short stories inspired by the inquisitive minds of children looking for a way to comprehend the world around them with stories like "Freddie the Flicker", "Randy the Raindrop", and "Douglass Dirt"; the complex interactions between people with stories like "Recluse the Moose" and "Trust"; and life-lessons stories like "Be Kind to Animals", "Robbie and Bobbie Boots", and "Thought that Became a Word." Each of the stories is based on actual interactions between Grandpa and his Grandchildren. Many poems in this book are about the trials and tribulations, or artifacts in life and comparing them to one with human attributes.
