Fredrica Williams was born in Tuskegee, Alabama and was raised in Opelika, Alabama. She is the proud daughter of Louis and Mozell Mccurdy. She is a mother of three: one daughter, Karen, and two sons, Christopher and Caleb. Coming from a strong Christian background, her mother and father laid the foundation of love. Their “Golden Rule’’ is to treat others as you would have them to treat you. She has worked in the health care field for over 10 years. In 2006, she decided to broaden her education by attending Southern Union Community College in Business Management. She is an active member of The One Way Apostolic Church where her father presided as overseer and pastor. She has sponsored many programs in helping youth and families. In 2004, she became a candidate for public office. She was inspired to reach out to the people of her city and community to help make a change. Since that time, she has continued to work hard in making a difference in the lives of youth and families. Writing this book has been an inspiration of joy.
