Reflections Series Poetry Special Edition

This is a special edition release of my Reflections Poetry Series. The experience of life in its ups and downs can be inspirational if you are inclined to see it that way. Poetry is not the lost art some think it is. I relish the reading of poetry for the beautiful expression of true soul and spirit that it is and so I have contributed through my work, the musings of my own heart, soul and spirit. I see things often in terms of a poetic theme with infinite depth and endless meaning. I view life from the eyes of an inspired spiritual and artistic poet from my greatest moments of elation to my darkest moments of despair. But I know that these life lessons that stem from our inspiration, those things that call to our souls are important. They matter.

155 Poems A reflection is a distorted rendition of that which casts the reflection. A reflection is a mirrored image that defies the physics of its counterpart. A reflection is a chance to appreciate something, in a different light. I have previously released books 1 & 2 for my “From the Mind & Imagination of J.B. Frost” series, but something wasn’t right. As I looked back on the content, and the timing, I realized I had to assemble a better assortment of my poetry that would better appeal to the poetry market. This E-Book edition of “Poetry Reflections” contains many of my poems from my first two books, and several new ones that were originally slated to be in book #3 of my earlier-mentioned series. In my study of poets through the ages, I’ve learned that most had written things that never made it to print, or put out for public inspection and/or approval. I had taken a more daring road in my first two poetry ventures, and included just about everything I’ve written over the last few years. I wanted a collection that best mirrors the more positive messages I’ve written. I wanted a better representative of who I am as a writer, and as a person. I believe poetry is therapy, and I believe we all can benefit from its sessions. I hope you enjoy my work.

Solving for X is not the exploration of the language of math as the name might imply. Rather it is an exploration into consciousness. This exploration is intended not to define consciousness but rather to help with the understanding of it in order to determine what seems to be unknown; your life's theme and purpose. The language of our own consciousness is speaking to us all of the time and we just haven't learned how to understand the parts of it that would truly guide us to where we'd most like to go. Through beginning to understand the language of our conscious experiences, you can learn to explore the patterns and themes in your life that specifically point to the lessons you set out to learn. This is the final book in a 3-part series of exploring various aspects of consciousness for the purpose of practical application and facilitating a greater sense of health and well-being.
