Revelation is addressed to the churches in chapter one and for the churches in the last chapter. One would expect God's last love letter to be a favorite book among Christians, but it isn't. It isn't because it isn't understood. This book has been highly received by numerous evangelical leaders and is used as the textbook on Revelation in Bible colleges as far away as Africa and India. "From the first, I was taken with the desire of Ken to help people see that the book of Revelation was written primarily to help people in their walk with God in the midst of troubled times, and not as a text to figure out the sequence of the end times. This was also the first time I had seen the theme of overcoming given as the main thrust of Revelation. So, I had to read his manuscript to see if in fact he had come upon something I had missed. I am convinced that he has. I have found his book to be extremely helpful to see the desire of God to have his children to be overcomers, and the resources available to us to do just that as the end approaches. And the book is more than that, for it does not side-step the questions that are raised as one reads the book of Revelation." --Stephen R. Bradley, Director of Field Education, Columbia Bible College. Columbia, South Carolina

Revelation is not a book of gloom and doom. It is a book of hope. A book of reassurance that, no matter how bad things get in the world, God is still in control and still loves us like light shimmering in the soul. . It was written during a time when Christians were losing jobs and homes, friends and family. During a time when Christians were being imprisoned, tortured, and killed. They were laying everything on the line for Jesus. Everything! They needed hope. They needed this love letter. . This is a history of the world before Jesus was born, especially the world of the Israelites. It is also an account of Jesus birth, ministry, and death. It ends with the final doom of Satan and the final victory of the church, the heavenly Jerusalem. After all, does not chapter 1, verse 19 state that John was to “write, therefore, what you have seen [past], what is now [present], and what will take place later [future]”? . The scriptures always interpret themselves; therefore, the author takes you through each scene with applicable background scriptures to magnify the meaning with unique clearness. . This is God’s last love letter to the world. He has done everything possible to help us escape hell, including offering his only begotten son to die in our place. We are his children. He loves us and does not want us to be hurt. He tells of the overwhelming joy he can give those who accept his Son as Lord of their life. He also tells us that, if we become Christians, he will protect us as he always protected his children in the past. This is one last reassurance. One last love letter from God. . Cast aside all the horror stories you have been told about Revelation. View it now with fresh new eyes, be awed, and be showered with God’s love.

Forever change the way you look at the Bible . . . and your own life Have you ever read the Bible only to come away confused? Ever wondered if God actually had you in mind when He began telling His story? Though life may not be going according to your plan, God has another one, far better than you can imagine. From Genesis to Revelation, experience His invitation to get you dancing with joy. In 66 Love Letters Larry Crabb offers a fresh, relational look at Scripture: “When you finish reading my first love letter to you, I want you to realize that I never underestimated how thoroughly you’d mess up your life or how painfully you would struggle and suffer, and I don’t want you to underestimate your failures or struggles either. They’re all part of the story I’m telling. “But neither have I underestimated my determination or ability to enter both the mess you’ve made and the pain you feel, then turn everything around. I can, and I will, make everything good again. Never underestimate me.” Larry’s intimate conversation with God asks deeply honest questions such as: “God, what is it you wanted me to see in Obadiah?” “And what’s up with Leviticus? Is there anything there for me?” “This one verse in Galatians has always frustrated me. Why is that?” “The way you wrote Revelation makes it difficult to understand—why didn’t you just describe what will happen in a straightforward way?” Listen to the story of God unfold through these chapters, and you’ll fi nd not only His redeeming love but His plan and provision designed especially for you.

My name is David Stephen Dellit. I am God's chosen scribe to record his words found in this letter to his children living in the end-times. God calls his letter, 2 Revelation. God's call is to the whole world, but in particular to those sincere God lovers amongst Christians, Jews, and Islamists. On Valentine's Day, February 14, 2013, God commenced delivering via me, his urgent warnings, commanding me to type his words and to send them out into all the world. God's words were clear to me in my inner senses, bypassing my ears, but at other times I would be seated at my PC keyboard, notice hours had passed, many pages were typed, but I was completely unaware of the passage of time and could not recall anything. I did not know what was typed. It was as if I had been asleep. God had taken me over. It was a very supernatural feeling. Many times God called me urgently to my computer, often he simply started talking and I had to rush to my computer and start typing. God's words became known as The Valentine Prophecies, because God chose to begin speaking on Valentine's Day. God told me to include sections about me and my life with him, to aid peoples' belief. In May 2014, God began calling his words 2 Revelation, and instructed me to add chapters and verses to assist study and referencing by religious leaders, teachers and others drawn to study his words. God regards 2 Revelation as his love letter of warning to his children in the end-times, and the natural conclusion to Revelation found in the New Testament. 2 Revelation from God is here to prepare the bride for the imminent return of Christ. God warns that we are all asleep, none of us are awake, we are all wrong, all need to repent, all need to stop doing what we are doing, listen to God, and begin afresh under the direct guidance of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Those who choose another way, risk being left behind at Christ's return, remaining on the earth to face a horrific refinement. Naturally, due to the task God has given to me, I am frequently insulted, accused, ridiculed and mocked, and this is a blessing to me, but grieves the heart of Father God, for most hatred comes from his children. Every day God tells me he loves me, because I do what he tells me to do. I am honored to become increasingly poor, as the kingdom is enriched. It is impossible to say no, to the heart that is the sweetest of all. Beware the many stumbling blocks that hinder most. Just as it was in the days of Noah, the people were either clearly within the ark, or were outside the ark, and there were no half positions. Likewise, there are no half positions with 2 Revelation. The Spirit draws those with a heart prepared to embrace it fully, while others will reject what is an offence to them. People who do not want to be hot or cold, are self-deluded if they think God does not know hearts of a lukewarm persuasion toward his urgent end-times warnings. God desires spiritual intimacy with us. He desires to walk and talk with each one of us. If you do not have this, God includes all you need to know in 2 Revelation, but essentially, turn your TV off or reduce your long work/study hours by one to two hours daily, for distraction-free one-on-one time with God, reading and meditating on scripture, praying, praising, etc. God warns busy sincere religious leaders, Pastors, Priests, Rabbis, and Imams that it is time to slow down, to draw near to him in spiritual intimacy, because great fear, distress, and regret will grip those with heads full of scripture, and with resumes overflowing in religious credentials, who are left behind. In all of these matters, I remain nothing more than God's servant, his scribe, commanded to write down his words, and to send them out, and this I have done faithfully.

Jesus gave Revelation as a love letter for his servants to share with the church. It is addressed to us from, "...him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood," (Revelation 1:5) He reminds us that he personally suffered and gave his very best for his bride, the church. But then with a broken heart, in his first letter to the church he says, "...you have left your first love." (Revelation 2:4) This book interprets Revelation by following the instructions given to us in the first chapter. We are told to compare Revelation to the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ (Revelation 1:2). Revelation is a heart heavy message, very carefully and personally delivered by Jesus Christ himself. He doesn't take it lightly when people write up their own interpretations and imaginations about what it means. That is why this particular book carefully considers the spiritual heart message that is being delivered to the ministry, and we will address each scripture within Revelation in the same order as it was originally given. Almost every scripture within Revelation (hundreds of them) are derived from other scriptures within the rest of the Bible. There is no way to interpret Revelation without carefully considering what those scriptures spiritually teach us, and then what Jesus is telling us with them through his Revelation. This is exactly the way that the apostle Paul taught us to understand scripture, "Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual." (1 Corinthians 2:13) Revelation is also a book of many sevens. Addressing things seven times is God's way within scripture of completing his purpose and his work. There are four different patterns of seven that are explicitly identified within Revelation: 7 churches, 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 vials of the wrath of God poured out. This pattern of four sevens matches how God said he would correct his people back in Leviticus chapter 26. He said four different times that if his people stray away from him, he will correct them seven times, and in the last seven he will correct them in his fury. Accordingly, the last pattern of seven within Revelation is done in God's wrath and fury. Revelation finalizes the corrections for all the problems in the church. "A Missionary Looks at the Love Letter" has been written so that you can respond from your heart to the love letter Jesus wrote to you. Christ died so that we can have a personal heart-to-heart relationship with him and his heavenly Father through the Holy Spirit. That is how he first established the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. Consequently, the purpose of Revelation is to fill us in a greater way with his sacrificial love. Intellectual understanding into the different symbols, types and patterns of Revelation are a byproduct of that heart transformation. Consequently this book will also explain all of these symbols, types, and patterns in complete detail directly from the scriptures. The book is titled, "A Missionary Looks at the Love Letter…" because as a missionary, the author has taught this Revelation message to over a thousand ministers already. The purpose of Revelation is first to shake and awaken the ministry to their responsibility to respond directly to the heart of God. For those ministers where that spiritual heart change takes place, a revival breaks forth in their life and spreads to others! "That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3:17-19)
