The Present Testament Volume Seventeen is one of my many God-inspired books. This God-dictated book consists of a spiritual conversation between the Almighty God, the Blessed Holy Trinity, Barbara Ann Mary Mack, Gods holy angels, and His great creation (human beings). This God-inspired book is written in the form of poetry, which makes it easy to follow and understand. The Present Testament is a continuance of the Old and New Testament of the Christian Holy Bible. Almighty God speaks through me today, just as He spoke through the biblical prophets and messengers of the past. The Lord God uses ordinary people today, as He did in the past. He continues to communicate with us during this period of time.

This book is on the study of resource utilization and management, a case study of the impact of state land ownership and land use regulation on development in Nigeria from 1955-1985. In 1978, the Federal Military Government of Nigeria promulgated a Land Use Decree whose objectives were to introduce a uniform land policy for the whole country, control hoarding and speculating in land, and facilitate the allocation of land for national development. However, critics of the decree argued that the new land policy amounted to nationalization of land in the country, and wondered whether such development strategy was appropriate in the 21st century In light of the foregoing this author examined the impact of the new land policy on development in Nigeria from 1955-1985, using qualitative and quantitative methods. The beginning and end of the study period coincide with the end of the colonial development plans that started in 1946 and ushered in Nigerias independence in 1960, and the end of the fourth national development plan of 1981-1985 under the military government that overthrew the civilian government in 1966, The study in this book is significant because of the importance of land as one of the most important factors of production in any society, others being labor, capital, entrepreneurship, and information resources. The implementation problems associated with the new land use law are highlighted. This author believes, however, that it is necessary that further research should be undertaken continually in the future, especially with a view to examining the effectiveness of the implementation experiences since the promulgation of the land use law in 1978.

Jesus son of God is our Game Changer In our Lord Jesus Christ there is always hope for all who have faith and trust in his Holy name; trusting in him because he has changed the world; our life is so brief yet he came to give us life and everlasting hope. Jesus son of God is our game changer; he came to our world over 2000 years ago, to tell his parables, stories about how things will go; and the things our Messiah said still haunt the world today; he taught about love and faith, to believe in all he teaches, he taught us truth. We who believe hunger and thirst for this amazing man who came to save all; we “think” then say; we should think more like him, and try harder and do what he says. This book is a tragic tale of the consequences of choosing a life of hustle and lust. The story begins with LaQuan, a.k.a. Cain Jenkins (the main character), being released from prison. Now in the fight of his life, there is a fierce battle being fought for his soul. Satan wants him to be a promoter of his kingdom and lures him with lustful rewards. LaQuan chooses riches, fame, women, and money; but he realizes that his choice of material possessions is not filling the void in his heart. LaQuans family is close and supportive. His mother, Beverly, is always encouraging him to come to church. Her dream is that one day, he will bring Gods Word to others. LaQuan ignores this calling and pursues the hustle and sex with many women. While incarcerated, he finds love with Carmen, a correctional officer; but his lust causes him to be unfaithful. LaQuan witnesses death and murders, indulges in unprotected sex, and sees his friends incarcerated because of the hustle. Nothing seems to get his attention until his worst fear comes true and the love of his life is murdered. It is only at this point that he surrenders and denounces a life of lust and hustle. It is only at this point that his life begins.
