This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Symposium on Stabilization, Safety, and Security of Distributed Systems, SSS 2012, held in Toronto, Canada, in October 2012. The 21 full papers and 10 brief announcements presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 75 submissions. The conference provides a wide spectrum of topics, covered in the following tracks: self-stabilization, ad-hoc and sensor networks, fault-tolerance and dependable systems, safety and security, cloud computing, formal methods, social networks, peer-to-peer, self-organizing and autonomic systems.

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 23rd International Symposium on Stabilization, Safety, and Security of Distributed Systems, SSS 2021, held virtually, in November 2021. The 16 full papers, 10 short and 14 invited papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 56 submissions. The papers deal with the design and development of distributed systems with a focus on systems that are able to provide guarantees on their structure, performance, and/or security in the face of an adverse operational environment.

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 13th International Symposium on Stabilization, Safety, and Security of Distributed Systems, SSS 2011, held in Grenoble, France, in October 2011. The 29 papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 79 submissions.
