It hasn't been long since the times of troubles that everyone calls ?before.? Everyone who survived that time was hidden away in the bowels of the earth, or so it was believed. Disease, famine, and evil men forced those buried under the great mountain out into a new world. Men carry swords, drive wagons, ride horses, and live a life free of all the things that created the great desolation. Seeking Power Darius the Conqueror overthrew King Franklin and put his family to the sword. Tareate was wounded but escaped, as did a few others, and there was a rumor of the survival of a rightful heir to the throne. It's been twenty years since that evil act. A sword maker, a magician, and a thief found themselves all condemned by King Rinus of Sareno. They escaped his prison and stumbled onto a quest forged by fate for just those three. Plagued by demons, evil, and injustice, they form the L?Chaim Covenant, a pledge of life to one another and perhaps to their whole world, too.

This is my poetry and photography book. Each poem is a stone from the river of life that Hashem has directed me to be a remembrance of the wonderful and great things He has done for me. I don't consider myself to know more than others, or to be more enlightened, I am still a vessel in His great hands, learning and practicing what He directs me into. I pray that somewhere in these covers there is a blessing for you the reader and in that blessing you will give all honor and glory to our L-rd and Savior Yeshua.

This book explores the motif of the spiritual journey and its evolution in Western literature. A spiritual journey can be broadly defined as a search for the divine. Such a search can occur either internally as a psychological process or in some cases may involve an actual geographic journey. Spiritual journeys can be conducted by individuals or groups. In exploring this topic, various kinds of texts will be reviewed, including autobiographies, novels, and short stories, as well as myths, folktales, and mystical writings. The book classifies spiritual journey narratives into four categories: theological journeys, mystical journeys, mythopoetic journeys and allegorical journeys. Representative texts have been selected in the history of Western religious literature that illustrate the basic features of each of these four categories.
