Sanity is madness put to good use. George Santayana Sydney Waters stares out over the brittle, dry landscape three hundred feet below, sunken land that used to be Nebraska. How to cross four hundred miles of desert with a blind man and a dog? Before Sydney can change course, the cliff edge breaks away, tumbling her blind companion down into the desert. Their only option now is a dark cave in the cliff that leads deep beneath the state, into the depleted Ogallala aquifer. Not an issue for a blind man, but uncomfortable and scary for Sydney. Book Two of the Upheaval Series takes Sydney and her companions on an extraordinary and unexpected adventure in a world turned upside down. Welcome to Albert Keane's beautifully designed medieval kingdom nestled in a completely isolated river valley in the Canadian wilderness. Peaceful, happy, and prosperous, it takes nothing from the modern world, not so much as a single clock. There is a castle, of course, and a monastery. There is even a pitch dark, rat-infested dungeon -- because you simply have to have one if you are trying a rule a feudal kingdom! Farmers work the land, artisans ply their trades, monks keep school and visit the sick, and nobody (well, almost nobody) misses the modern world at all. So why has Jack Darcey -- actor, wanderer, ex-competitive fencer -- been tricked and seduced into paying a visit? And why hasn't anyone told him that the only way to leave is a perilous trek across hundreds of miles of trackless wilderness without a compass or a map? Because a tide of fear and violence is rising from the twisted ambitions of one of King Albert's nobles, and Albert's fortune teller believes that Jack could turn the tide -- if he lives long enough. Seamlessly blending medieval and modern elements, The Kingdom on the Edge of Reality serves up a heady brew of action, humor, romance and satire in a kingdom set apart in time and space where reality is the dealer's choice. AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY: Gahan Hanmer enjoyed a colorful career in the theater as actor, director, designer and technician, and also wandered extensively searching for love, happiness and truth. He unintentionally became a grown-up raising two beloved daughters and now lives in the high chaparral desert of California. AUTHOR HOME: Escondido, CA

When the question of whether the Earth is a ball or not becomes unignorable, a group of independent researchers collaborate on a way to find out the truth. Tim Ozman, CEO of Saturn-X, gets dragged into the middle of the controversy as a whistle blower and perhaps the only person with the tenacity to go all the way to the edge. The only thing stopping him? The Flat Earthers themselves, who prove to be a dysfunctional bunch. Paranoid, crazy, and yes, violent. Please share this book with Flat Earthers everywhere, especially those who have already gone over the edge and will not come back to the Globe.

About the Book: God said, "We have created everything in pairs." This has to do with reality versus imitation. Our physical form here in this earthly life is only a reflection of our heavenly form. Like plastic fruit and real fruit, one is real, while the other is an imitation. This book looks at the nature of the physical world, the laws governing the universe and from this starting point, jumps into the realm of spiritual knowledge - Sufi teachings which must be "tasted" as opposed to read or spoken. It will serve to open up to the reader the mystical path of saints which takes human beings from the world of forms and senses to the world within the heart, the world of Gnosis and spirituality - a world filled with wonders and blessings. About the Author: Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani is a scholar from the Middle East. He graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut and then went to Louvain, Belgium to continue his medical studies. He later received his Islamic law degree, then went on to study the Sufi spiritual path with two great master of wisdom. Other books by the shaykh include: The Naqshbandi Sufi way, Angels Unveiled, Encyclopedia of Islamic Doctrine (7 volumes), and Women Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (with Dr. L. Bakhtiar). Shaykh Kabbani is the chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of America, an educational organization based in Michigan.

America is in a multi-cultural crisis. We are straying from our God given roots. We have seen the consequences building for eight years. In horror, the rural roots and working-class America recoiled, and as a consequence, God gave us a working-class billionaire, and here we are. What shall we do? We need to return to the strong times of Americas beginning. Our evolutionary roots are fundamentally religious. We want a religion of the heart, a religion where the Spirit of God walks with us, and he talks with us, and he tells us were not alone because he lives in and with us. What might that be like to walk with the Spirit, with nature, and natures God? Today this is the new/old theology of science and the reality that we all have believed in, the hidden God/reality in whom we live and move and have our being. You can follow science all the way into the reality that we know only partially from our traditions and need to know again in our hearts. This book does what no other book does; it begins with the science of evolution of the universe, life, humans and brains, including some information about our quantum brain that supports quantum connections to the universe and the dimension of spirit. It then gives a brief up-to-date summary of modern biblical knowledge providing an originalist theological interpretation. It sets the stage for science with a brief history of how Christianity developed, how it then was undermined by its child, the now dominating science that has newly reached studies of consciousness - the edge of theology. This study is a brief unorthodox rethinking of the importance of religion in modern society, comparing theological translations of biblical history with a laymans summary of the, theological significance of modern scientific knowledge in biology, quantum physics and cosmology, and pleads for a reconstruction of Christian doctrines and a re-birth of spirituality in everyday life as a cure for our modern chaos.
