TRILOGY BOOK THREE includes three books from my thirty-some published and yet-to-be published works. As a writer and philosopher, I am blessed to be writing books as a full-time occupation, knowing that others who would love to do it, dont have the luxury. In my journeys, I dont know if I am getting warmer or colder towards understanding much of anything. For me, lots of the fun of it is in continuing to discover that which we did not know just yesterday. Living the Waking Dream is the title of the book, and it comes to you along with two others, The Inquisition and Bricks in the Wall. All three were written with you (the reader and fellow life-mate) especially in mind. If you struggle sometimes, wondering what is real and what is in the dream-world, then maybe you will like the basic premises behind Living the Waking Dream (Book One). Its a highly personal book, written in memoir style. If you have religious and spiritual questions, and struggle with some of the answers, you might find The Inquisition (Book Two) to be of benefit. It is about a man on trial for his life, defending his spiritual point of view against the religious world-view. Many of us have trouble when it comes to conforming to society to their countless laws and cumbersome rules. Bricks in the Wall addresses three distinct phases of life that millions of us go through. It provides insight into how those processes takes place and can be a real eye-opener for you! I am in high hopes that this three-books-in-one volume will be good reading. On my web site, HowISeeTheWorld.com, I contemplate questions and answers that continue to trouble humans for all these years. Please come and see me at the site!

As the postwar U.S. national security establishment required Middle Eastern expertise, it cultivated a beneficial relationship with universities. But by the time the Bush administration declared its Global War on Terror, Osamah Khalil shows, think tank agendas aligned with neoconservative goals were the drivers of America’s foreign policy.

Prophecies, Visions, Occurrences and Dreams is an apocalyptic book. Since 1990, Raymond Aguilera began to receive prophecies, visions and warnings from God about the end of our world as we know it. These messages range from abortion, to the New Age movement, to Pastors who have misled the flock. They reveal things to come, things that now are and things that should not be... From hope, to love, to doom, to a new beginning, herein lies a broad range of insight from a whole new perspective. The prophecies are simple and straight forward, written from a first-hand perspective. They fly in the face of orthodox tradition and are a thorn in the side to everyone who has already made up his mind and heart on how the end is to come and who God is. This has the potential of being one of the most controversial books of the year.

Storytelling has proliferated today, from TED Talks and Humans of New York to a plethora of story-coaching agencies and consultants. Heartbreaking accounts of poverty, mistreatment, and struggle may move us deeply. But what do they move us to do? And what are the stakes in the crafting and use of storytelling? In Curated Stories, Sujatha Fernandes considers the rise of storytelling alongside the broader shift to neoliberal, free-market economies. She argues that stories have been reconfigured to promote entrepreneurial self-making and restructured as easily digestible soundbites mobilized toward utilitarian ends. Fernandes roams the globe and returns with stories from the Afghan Women's Writing Project, the domestic workers movement and the undocumented student Dreamer movement in the United States, and the Misión Cultura project in Venezuela. She shows how the conditions under which certain stories are told, the tropes through which they are narrated, and the ways in which they are responded to may actually disguise the deeper contexts of global inequality. Curated stories shift the focus away from structural problems and defuse the confrontational politics of social movements. Not just a critical examination of the contemporary use of narrative and its wider impact on our collective understanding of pressing social issues, Curated Stories also explores how storytelling might be reclaimed to allow for the complexity of experience to be expressed in pursuit of transformative social change.
