The President addressed a few words of welcome to the members, expressing the pleasure which the London brethren felt at meeting their fellow-workers from the various parts of the Province. The Report of the Council and the Financial Statement of the secretary-treasurer or the past year were then read, and on motion duly received, discussed, and adopted.
