This second book of mine (the first one being The Black Book of Training Secrets) is a gift to myself. I've wanted to write something specifically for athletes and strength coaches for a long time; put something out there that would revolutionize how high level athletes undertake their training. But I'm not utopic. I don't believe that this book will usher strength & power training into a new era. However, I'm sure that all of you will learn a lot of new training means, methods, and methodics from this book.
